Elliot Weider

Elliot is an internationally acknowledged management consultant, coach and mentor who has led and developed performance improvement programmes in a number of large organisations. He specialises in building skills for personal growth, and coaching and mentoring for personal achievement. He has worked with a range of blue chip organisations across the UK and has extensive experience of working in the US, Europe and the Far East.

Elliot spent many years working for one of Britain’s leading retailers in a variety of marketing and commercial leadership roles. His experience and insights gained from his business background and his ability to see things from a practical, real world point of view have made Elliot exceptional – someone who can talk pragmatically, from solid real life experience.

As a professionally trained coach, Elliot has supported many senior management professionals in areas such as career and personal development, maintaining a work and non-work life balance, building confidence levels and team dynamics.

Elliot is passionate about encouraging people to realise and grow their talents so they can make a real, positive difference to themselves and to the organisations in which they work.

Paula Harvey

After completing an initial honours degree, Paula worked in Human Resources and Leadership Development before consolidating her experience by completing an MA in Management Learning. Paula’s recent background covers business strategy specialising in talent development and organisational change across multiple sectors including manufacturing, public sector, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail. She has worked with a range of blue chip organisations across the UK and has experience of working in the US, Canada, Europe and Australasia.

During her career she has worked closely with senior business teams and board members, through times of major change, to provide pragmatic solutions and delivering sustained improvement.

Paula’s expertise lies in combining strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret the impact on people of major business change, unlocking potential both within businesses and individuals to drive real results.

Paula believes in developing ‘authentic’ leaders to achieve outstanding business results.

Paul Hawkins

Paul HawkinsPaul is a consultant and trainer at All Round Leadership. Prior to joining ARL, he was an internal consultant at a leading global retailer responsible for the leadership and general management development of the top talent across the group. He started his career in leadership on the frontline as a Store Manager in two blue-chip retailers.

He is a specialist in leadership development, coaching, change management and has worked extensively with senior teams. He is qualified and trained in Myers Briggs.

Paul has designed and delivered a range of programmes across a number of industries and has extensive experience of working in the UK, the US, Europe and Asia.

Paul is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to find clarity, purpose and inspiration in their working and personal lives, thus maximising their potential. He carefully manages his time between work and family life and is the proud father of a little boy and girl.
